Store policies

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THROUGH ALL SHOP POLICIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
Upon placing an order, you are agreeing to have read and agreed to all shop policies.

GRADING
Please understand all pins are made by hand; therefore, there will be imperfections. However, note that I will not send out any pin with heavy imperfections.
All P4P will be ungraded, but they will contain no heavy imperfections.
All other pins will be mixed grades, ie there may be small imperfections, but there will be no heavy imperfections.

SELLING/TRADING
Reselling my pins for more than DSS (Drop + Ship + Ship) is prohibited. Pins should be in your possession before they are sold/traded. Under no circumstances are you allowed to auction pins bought from my shop. Not following these rules will result in being blocked and banned from ever purchasing my pins.

SHIPPING
Packages can take up to 10-20 business days to ship out; though, I will always try my best to ship them out within 5 days. Due to my disabilities, please note there may be occasional delays, but I will do my best.
Please note: I am UK-based, hence the shipping time. If you are not willing to wait that long, please do not purchase from the shop. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reaching out and paying the shipping fee again to have it sent out once more.

Pre-Orders
For POs, please note that they can take anywhere from 3-6 months to be completed and get to me once production is completed. I will do my upmost to keep everyone updated via my social medias. Thank you for understanding.

INTERNATIONAL/VAT
For international customers, I am not responsible for any VAT/Customs charges that may be applied once the package arrives to your country. The recipient will be responsible for paying any customs fees and/or import taxes that are required to receive the package.
Presently I am unable to ship to the following places.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. This applies to refunds/returns/cancellations for any change of mind. If for any reason the product is unnaturally defective, please contact me as soon as you receive your order to figure out a solution.
